Quality and care for the environment
Gaarde Gruppen cleans all types of glass, inside and out, for businesses large and small. Since 2016 we have used only Nordic Swan Ecolabel products, and since 2018 we have used pure-water systems that clean without chemicals. The result is streak-free glass and a lower environmental impact.
If we already provide office and daily cleaning for you, window cleaning can be added to the same agreement, so contact and follow-up are in one place.
How is commercial window cleaning planned?
Planning starts with a walkthrough of the building’s glazing. We look at which windows need cleaning inside and out, access, height, traffic around the building and how often the result needs maintaining. A shop with glass facing a busy street has different needs from an office on a closed business estate. Frames, sills and ledges are listed clearly in the agreement if they are to be included.
Timing is adapted to your operations. For interior cleaning, we agree how workstations and sensitive areas are handled. For exterior work, we take parking, deliveries and public access into account.
What we clarify before the first visit
Before the first visit, we agree access to the building, a contact person, the interval and any restrictions on site. We note glazing that requires special access and whether furniture, signs or planting are in the way.
Weather affects when exterior work gives a proper result, so the agreement also describes how a visit is rescheduled if conditions are not suitable.
