Tradespeople and handyman
A regular handyman and tradespeople for businesses and associations
A full-service maintenance provider
Gaarde Gruppen is a full-service provider of indoor and outdoor maintenance. We offer tradespeople and handyman services to businesses, owners’ associations and housing co-operatives, and make sure your premises or property work in practice and are always well kept.
We have a network of regular tradespeople, plumbers, electricians, painters and pest controllers. Meet them on our craftsmen team page. Larger jobs are handled together with ProfaGroup, and we coordinate everything from start to finish.
Which jobs suit a handyman agreement?
A handyman agreement makes sense when there are recurring small practical tasks. These can include replacing light bulbs, mounting whiteboards and shelves, moving furniture, minor painting, inspections and logging damage. The tasks are listed with priority, access and who may approve extra work.
The agreement separates regular rounds from jobs ordered as needed. When something requires materials or falls outside the agreed scope, price and responsibility are clarified before work begins. Handyman tasks can also be part of a combined property services agreement.
When is a licensed professional required?
Some work on electrical, plumbing, gas and drainage installations must be carried out by a licensed company, and the same applies to removing materials containing asbestos. At the start, we therefore clarify whether a job can be handled as a standard handyman task or whether a licensed specialist needs to be involved.
If we use an external tradesperson, their role, access, schedule and approval are clear to you, making coordination and follow-up simple.
